Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 18th 2025.

These Terms and Conditions govern enrollment, participation, and use of services at Kulture Institute of Cosmetology.

1. Enrollment & Admission

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
  • Kulture Institute reserves the right to accept or decline applicants.
  • Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Program Structure

Kulture Institute programs may include:
  • Intensive in-person or virtual masterclasses
  • Structured practicum sessions
  • Online learning modules (LMS access)
  • Assignments, assessments, and portfolio development
  • Completion requirements must be met before certification is issued.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time
  • Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless approved
  • Active participation in both theory and practical components is required

4. Code of Conduct

Students must:
  • Maintain professionalism and respect for instructors and peers
  • Follow sanitation and safety protocols
  • Use institute property responsibly
  • Kulture Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate students for:
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Harassment or misconduct
  • Non-compliance with policies
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a seat
  • Remaining tuition must be paid according to the agreed payment plan
  • Certificates will not be issued until full payment is completed

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, manuals, and content are the property of Kulture Institute.
Students may not:
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
  • Share login access to LMS platforms
  • Violation may result in removal from the program.

7. Virtual Learning (Online Students)

  • Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection
  • Access to course materials is granted for a limited duration
  • Recorded sessions and materials are for personal educational use only

8. Limitation of Liability

Kulture Institute is not liable for:
  • Injuries resulting from improper technique outside supervised training
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Technical disruptions beyond our control

9. Certification & Letter of Completion

Certificates are issued only when:
  • All courses that covers a field of sturdy is completed
  • Practical requirements are met
  • Full payment has been received
  • Students will receive a letter of completion for each course completed

10. Modifications

Kulture Institute reserves the right to:
  • Adjust schedules
  • Update curriculum
  • Modify delivery format (in-person or online) when necessary

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
