Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 18th 2025.

Kulture Institute of Cosmetology maintains a structured refund policy aligned with private career college standards.

1. Deposit Policy

  • The $650 deposit for in-person master classes are non-refundable
  • Deposits secure your seat and cover administrative and preparation costs (including kits, materials, and scheduling)

2. Tuition Refund Eligibility

Before Program Start:
If a student withdraws 7 days or more before the start date, tuition paid (excluding deposit) may be refunded
 
Within First 10% of Program:
Partial refund may be issued (prorated), minus:
 
  • Deposit
  • Administrative fees
  • Cost of materials/products provided

 

After 10% of Program:
No refunds will be issued

3. Virtual / Online Programs

Once login access to the LMS is granted, the program is considered commenced. No refunds will be issued after access is provided

4. Missed Classes

  • No refunds for missed sessions.
  • Make-up sessions are subject to class availability.

5. Withdrawal Process

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing to: info@kultureinstitute.com
Refund timelines: 10–30 business days after approval

6. Dismissal or Policy Violation

Students dismissed due to misconduct or policy violations are not eligible for refunds

7. Program Cancellation (By Institute)

If Kulture Institute cancels a program:
Students will receive a full refund, including deposit OR Option to transfer to another cohort.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical or emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case Documentation may be required.
